The National Muslim Law Students Association exists to connect and represent Muslim Law Students across the United States. It strives for Muslims Law Students to be represented fairly and adequately in their school’s student bodies in accordance with their First Amendment rights. Muslim law students have the right to an inclusive environment at their schools. This includes the
implementation of reasonable accommodations regarding their religious beliefs and practices. Many Law schools across the United States have begun to implement Muslim Law Student-led initiatives that aid in creating such inclusive environments which include creating prayer rooms, bidets, ablution stations, and Ramadan/Eid accommodations. To create these inclusive environments,

Muslim law students should be afforded the right to implement these initiatives at their schools. Law schools should be receptive and open to making these accommodations in return. We request the law school administration to implement the following initiatives in their schools to create an inclusive environment for Muslim Students.
