About the Role

Sheppard Mullin’s San Francisco Labor & Employment team continues to grow. With more than 130 attorneys in the L&E group firmwide, Sheppard Mullin has one of the largest and most prestigious labor and employment practices in the country. Our attorneys advise employers of all sizes—ranging from Fortune 100 companies to high tech and traditional business start-ups—in all aspects of employment counseling and litigation. The strength and depth of our practice is rooted in our ability to provide truly full service labor and employment law counseling and litigation.

We are currently looking for associates with at least 4-6 years of employment litigation experience including experience with wage and hour class and PAGA actions. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation skills, including writing and arguing motions and complex fact investigation and analysis, as well as experience taking and defending depositions. Candidates must have high grades from a nationally ranked law school and be admitted in California.

Remote flexibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
